Go to 'My Orders', select the order and click 'Return Item' within 7 days of delivery.
Our team will review your request and contact you within 24 hours to arrange pickup.
For customers in Monrovia, we will send a Delivery Partner. Outside Monrovia, we will provide instructions for drop-off.
Once the item is inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (MoMo/Orange/Bank).
